Built coupled electrothermal TCAD models of AlGaN/GaN HEMTs to characterize self heating, junction temperature behavior, and DC/RF performance trade offs across bias conditions. Calibrated material parameters, mesh strategy, and contact models against published device data; translated device level findings into implications for process integration, reliability, and yield.
Investigated vertical GaN power devices for high voltage applications. Characterized device performance, analyzed breakdown behavior, and contributed to fabrication process work in the lab.
Worked with memristive devices in the lab, including device characterization and basic crossbar array configurations.
Lab teaching assistant for the undergraduate Introduction to Nanotechnology course. Supported students through experiments and held office hours.
